A Dream.
This morning between waking and sleeping I had a War of the Worlds type dream. One of my fears is that War of the Worlds will come to life. The dream goes, as I can remember it now. Greg and I were packing to go to Texas, and I was in the basement. I had this intuitive feeling that something was going to happen, so this is why we were packing to go there. For some reason, in my mind, Texas...

DDR
I broke out the DDR this weekend. It’s brought back a lot of memories of playing in the arcade. I’ve been using the controller to unlock the songs. There’s just no way I can get my body to move like it needs to for Standard (most of the time) or Heavy mode. Although I am able to play some songs on Standard. It’s also a fun calorie burning exercise. I burned about...
Looks like I may be getting a replacement for my old 1st generation iPod nano. Don’t know what it will be if it’s one of the eligible, but kind of awesome all the same.
I’ve been watching the Tudors a lot lately and I find myself getting bored if he doesn’t have a new queen within a few episodes.
It will be mine, oh yes it will be.
2008 Nissan 350Z
Hopefully, come springtime, I will own one of these. It must have lower miles (<50k), be a coupe, preferably no scratches on the inside door, and have a manual transmission.

thepepsilover asked: What's your favorite meal to prepare?
I just overheard someone asking about iCloud admitting he hadn’t read anything about it. Then go on to talk about iTunes Match and say that Apple is charging $50 (actually $24.99) to take (match) your music. He then went on to compare this with taking his vinyl and giving him a DVD. What is happening?!?!?!

Conundrum
I am jealous of all of the people who can pursue photography as their career. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to make a living at it. I am also jealous because they have a lot of faith in their talent. There are lots of reasons I am not currently making money doing photography professionally. But one reason is because I’m a big chicken. Granted, I put my stuff on the...

Back home again.
Just got back from the Rockies yesterday. Arrived in Plymouth at about 6:00am and drove straight to Indianapolis. It was good to get out of the car and be home, not at a rest stop or gas station. An 18 hour drive can be a little maddening. I downed a couple of dramamine to curb the sick feeling from going around a lot of curves, fairly fast when we first left and were going through Big...

tumblrbot asked: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE INANIMATE OBJECT?
Blink.
The little guy to the right of my words is blinking with so many unmet expectations. Words not typed, because my brain can’t come up with anything to post about. I could do a “This is what I did today post” or a “What’s coming up post”, but I didn’t want to bore people to death. I find it fascinating to read blog posts like that. I like to see how...
Dear Microsoft and Apple,
You know what would be super awesome? If you just played nice. I would really appreciate it if I could just use iCal to make appointments in rooms and then sync all of my events to Google Calendar. I am not finding any work around. This is completely ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind just using Outlook 2011, but there is no way to sync it with Google. Why won’t you just...

INFJ
So, I love reading about personality types and I find it incredibly interesting. It also gives me a better idea of how to deal with and talk with all kinds of people.
If you ever wanted to understand my personality, now’s the time.
I’m an INFJ. An Introverted* iNtuitive Feeling Judging type. You can read the whole thing at the link provided, but I’m going to highlight some of the more...

This is a blog that I forgot was here. How nice. I’ll hopefully use this blog more often and post about anything and everything.
